b) Chủ trì tham mưu Ban chỉ đạo Phòng thủ dân sự quốc gia tổ chức hoạt động ứng phó sự cố môi trường cấp quốc gia do thiên tai, vỡ đê, hồ, đập, cháy rừng, dịch bệnh động vật; tham gia ứng phó sự cố môi trường cấp quốc gia theo sự phân công của Ban chỉ đạo Phòng thủ dân sự quốc gia.”.
