Trường hợp sử dụng công nghệ xử lý có xuất xứ từ các nước châu Âu, nhóm các nước công nghiệp phát triển mà khác với quy định kỹ thuật của các quy chuẩn kỹ thuật môi trường về quản lý chất thải của Việt Nam thì khí thải, nước thải phải đáp ứng các tiêu chuẩn tương ứng của các quốc gia đó và các quy chuẩn kỹ thuật môi trường về khí thải, nước thải của Việt Nam;”.
