# Điều 78. Giải quyết tranh chấp, bất đồng về nguồn nước liên quốc gia

Tranh chấp, bất đồng liên quan đến tài nguyên nước giữa Việt Nam và các quốc gia, vùng lãnh thổ có chung nguồn nước được giải quyết trên cơ sở các nguyên tắc quy định tại Điều 75 của Luật này, thông qua biện pháp hòa bình, phù hợp với thoả thuận quốc tế, điều ước quốc tế mà nước Cộng hòa xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam là thành viên.

Trường hợp tranh chấp, bất đồng liên quan đến nguồn nước liên quốc gia xảy ra trong lưu vực sông có tổ chức lưu vực sông quốc tế mà nước Cộng hòa xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam tham gia còn phải được giải quyết theo quy định của tổ chức lưu vực sông quốc tế.
