# Điều 74. Xã hội hóa đầu tư phát triển, tích trữ nước và phục hồi nguồn nước

1\. Nhà nước khuyến khích xã hội hoá các hoạt động sau đây:

a) Phục hồi nguồn nước bị suy thoái, cạn kiệt, ô nhiễm;

b) Xây dựng các công trình phát triển, tích trữ nước.

2\. Tổ chức, cá nhân đầu tư dự án có hoạt động quy định tại khoản 1 Điều này thực hiện theo quy định của Luật này, pháp luật về đầu tư, pháp luật về đầu tư theo phương thức đối tác công tư và quy định khác của pháp luật có liên quan.
