# Điều 70. Dịch vụ về tài nguyên nước

1\. Các dịch vụ về tài nguyên nước bao gồm:

a) Dịch vụ hỗ trợ ra quyết định điều hòa, phân phối tài nguyên nước;

b) Dịch vụ hỗ trợ ra quyết định vận hành hồ chứa, liên hồ chứa.

2\. Tổ chức phải đáp ứng điều kiện sau đây để cung cấp dịch vụ quy định tại khoản 1 Điều này:

a) Có quyết định thành lập tổ chức của cơ quan có thẩm quyền hoặc giấy chứng nhận đăng ký doanh nghiệp hoặc tài liệu tương đương khác theo quy định của pháp luật về doanh nghiệp;

b) Có hạ tầng kỹ thuật, cơ sở vật chất, thiết bị, phần mềm bảo đảm khả năng thực hiện dịch vụ;

c) Có đội ngũ cán bộ chuyên môn phù hợp thực hiện dịch vụ hỗ trợ ra quyết định điều hòa, phân phối tài nguyên nước, dịch vụ hỗ trợ ra quyết định vận hành hồ chứa, liên hồ chứa.

3\. Chính phủ quy định chi tiết Điều này.
