Việc phòng, chống và khắc phục tác hại của lũ, lụt, nước biển dâng, mưa đá, mưa axít và các tác hại khác của nước do thiên tai gây ra được thực hiện theo quy định của pháp luật về đê điều, pháp luật về phòng, chống thiên tai và quy định khác của pháp luật có liên quan.
