# Điều 25. Bảo đảm lưu thông của dòng chảy

Việc thực hiện các hoạt động sau đây phải bảo đảm lưu thông của dòng chảy theo quy định của Luật này và quy định khác của pháp luật có liên quan:

1\. Thăm dò, khai thác khoáng sản trên sông, suối, kênh, mương, rạch;

2\. Xây dựng cầu, bến tàu hoặc công trình khác ngăn, vượt sông, suối, kênh, mương, rạch;

3\. Đặt đường ống hoặc dây cáp bắc qua sông, suối, kênh, mương, rạch, đặt lồng bè trên sông hoặc các hoạt động khác.
