# Điều 15. Nhiệm vụ lập quy hoạch tổng hợp lưu vực sông liên tỉnh

1\. Nhiệm vụ lập quy hoạch tổng hợp lưu vực sông liên tỉnh có các nội dung chính sau đây:

a) Căn cứ lập quy hoạch;

b) Tổng quan về lưu vực sông liên tỉnh;

c) Đối tượng, phạm vi, nội dung lập quy hoạch;

d) Giải pháp, kinh phí, kế hoạch và tiến độ lập quy hoạch;

đ) Trách nhiệm của cơ quan có liên quan trong việc tổ chức lập quy hoạch.

2\. Bộ trưởng Bộ Tài nguyên và Môi trường phê duyệt nhiệm vụ lập quy hoạch tổng hợp lưu vực sông liên tỉnh.
