# Điều 163. Khiếu nại, tố cáo về môi trường

1\. Tổ chức, cá nhân có quyền khiếu nại về hành vi vi phạm pháp luật về bảo vệ môi trường của cơ quan, tổ chức, cá nhân theo quy định của pháp luật.

2\. Cá nhân có quyền tố cáo hành vi vi phạm pháp luật về bảo vệ môi trường với cơ quan, người có thẩm quyền theo quy định của pháp luật về tố cáo.
