1\. Mua sắm xanh là việc mua sắm các sản phẩm, dịch vụ thân thiện môi trường được chứng nhận Nhãn sinh thái Việt Nam hoặc được công nhận theo quy định của pháp luật.

2\. Ưu tiên thực hiện mua sắm xanh đối với dự án đầu tư, nhiệm vụ có sử dụng ngân sách nhà nước theo quy định của Chính phủ.
