# Điều 21. Nội dung bảo vệ môi trường di sản thiên nhiên

1\. Điều tra, đánh giá, quản lý và bảo vệ môi trường di sản thiên nhiên.

2\. Bảo vệ môi trường di sản thiên nhiên là một nội dung của Quy hoạch bảo vệ môi trường quốc gia, quy hoạch vùng và quy hoạch tỉnh.

3\. Cơ quan, tổ chức, cộng đồng dân cư, hộ gia đình và cá nhân có trách nhiệm bảo vệ di sản thiên nhiên. Tổ chức, cộng đồng dân cư, hộ gia đình và cá nhân tham gia quản lý, bảo vệ môi trường di sản thiên nhiên được hưởng quyền lợi từ chi trả dịch vụ hệ sinh thái tự nhiên theo quy định của pháp luật.

4\. Chính phủ quy định chi tiết khoản 1 Điều này.
