# Điều 16. Điều khoản thi hành

1\. Luật này có hiệu lực thi hành từ ngày 01 tháng 01 năm 2026, trừ trường hợp quy định tại khoản 2, khoản 3 Điều này và các quy định có liên quan tại Điều 17 của Luật này.

2\. Việc lập quy hoạch tổng hợp tài nguyên nước và hạ tầng thủy lợi lưu vực sông liên tỉnh quy định tại điểm a khoản 3 Điều 10 của Luật này được thực hiện từ ngày 01 tháng 01 năm 2027.

3\. Khoản 4 Điều 40 của Luật Thủy sản số 18/2017/QH14 đã được sửa đổi, bổ sung một số điều theo Luật số 31/2024/QH15 và Luật số 43/2024/QH15 đã được sửa đổi, bổ sung tại khoản 9 Điều 14 của Luật này có hiệu lực thi hành từ ngày 01 tháng 7 năm 2026.

4\. Bãi bỏ điểm a khoản 4 Điều 182 của Luật Đất đai số 31/2024/QH15 đã được sửa đổi, bổ sung một số điều theo Luật số 43/2024/QH15, Luật số 47/2024/QH15, Luật số 58/2024/QH15, Luật số 71/2025/QH15, Luật số 84/2025/QH15, Luật số 93/2025/QH15, Luật số 95/2025/QH15, Luật số 116/2025/QH15 và Luật số 130/2025/QH15.
