# 30. Sửa đổi, bổ sung điểm a khoản 1 Điều 111 như sau:

“a) Khu sản xuất, kinh doanh, dịch vụ tập trung, cụm công nghiệp với lưu lượng xả nước thải trung bình trở lên ra môi trường;”.
