# 26. Sửa đổi, bổ sung khoản 3 Điều 83 như sau:

“3. Chất thải nguy hại khi vận chuyển phải được lưu chứa và vận chuyển bằng thiết bị, phương tiện phù hợp đến cơ sở xử lý chất thải. Phương tiện vận chuyển chất thải nguy hại phải hoạt động theo tuyến đường và thời gian theo quy định của Ủy ban nhân dân cấp tỉnh.”.
