# 25. Sửa đổi điểm c khoản 5 Điều 81 như sau:

“c) Phương tiện vận chuyển chất thải rắn công nghiệp thông thường phải xử lý hoạt động theo tuyến đường và thời gian theo quy định của Ủy ban nhân dân cấp tỉnh.”.
