a) Sửa đổi, bổ sung khoản 5 như sau:

“5. Bộ trưởng Bộ Nông nghiệp và Môi trường hướng dẫn kỹ thuật về phân loại chất thải rắn sinh hoạt; hướng dẫn việc thực hiện quy định tại khoản 1 Điều này.”;

b) Sửa đổi, bổ sung khoản 7 như sau:

“7. Ủy ban nhân dân cấp tỉnh quyết định lộ trình thực hiện quy định tại khoản 1 Điều này và khoản 1 Điều 75 của Luật này phù hợp với điều kiện thực tế của địa phương; quy định định mức kinh tế - kỹ thuật về thu gom, vận chuyển, xử lý chất thải rắn sinh hoạt trên địa bàn.”.
