# 19. Bổ sung khoản 4 vào sau khoản 3 Điều 59 như sau:

“4. Ủy ban nhân dân cấp tỉnh tổ chức quản lý vệ sinh công cộng; quy định định mức kinh tế - kỹ thuật về vệ sinh công cộng; định giá dịch vụ vệ sinh công cộng trên địa bàn theo quy định của pháp luật về giá.”.
