# Điều 3. Hiệu lực thi hành

1\. Thông tư này có hiệu lực kể từ ngày 01 tháng 3 năm 2020.

2\. Thông tư số 53/2016/TT-BLĐTBXH ngày 28 tháng 12 năm 2016 của Bộ Lao động - Thương binh và Xã hội về việc ban hành Danh mục các loại máy, thiết bị, vật tư, chất có yêu cầu nghiêm ngặt về an toàn, vệ sinh lao động hết hiệu lực kể từ ngày Thông tư này có hiệu lực. 3. Trong quá trình thực hiện, nếu có vướng mắc, các cơ quan, tổ chức, cá nhân kịp thời phản ánh bằng văn bản về Bộ Lao động - Thương binh và Xã hội để xem xét, giải quyết./.
