BAN HÀNH DANH MỤC CÔNG VIỆC CÓ YÊU CẦU NGHIÊM NGẶT VỀ AN TOÀN, VỆ SINH LAO ĐỘNG

Căn cứ Luật an toàn, vệ sinh lao động số 84/2015/QH13 ngày 25 tháng 6 năm 2015;

Căn cứ Nghị định số 106/2012/NĐ-CP ngày 20 tháng 12 năm 2012 của Chính phủ quy định chức năng, nhiệm vụ, quyền hạn và cơ cấu tổ chức của Bộ Lao động - Thương binh và Xã hội;

Theo đề nghị của Cục trưởng Cục An toàn lao động,

Sau khi có ý kiến của các bộ quản lý ngành, lĩnh vực có liên quan, Bộ trưởng Bộ Lao động - Thương binh và Xã hội ban hành Thông tư ban hành Danh Mục công việc có yêu cầu nghiêm ngặt về an toàn, vệ sinh lao động.
